There are 5 penguins in the igloo. Their is a nanny, a little penguin, a big penguin, a mom, and a dad. the family was busy. the little brother was cleaning the corners of the igloo. The mom was cooking, the nanny was helping the mom cook, the big penguin plays video games, and the dad was doing work. The little penguin died. How did he died?
